Academics

At Layibi High Schools, we are committed to supporting the effective implementation of the new curriculum. The new approach emphasizes learner-centered learning rather than the traditional teacher-centered model. In practice, this means that in classes such as Senior Three, students are given opportunities for self-discovery, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Instead of relying solely on teachers for knowledge, learners actively engage with content, explore ideas, and respond in ways that reflect their own understanding. This method not only deepens comprehension but also equips students with the confidence, creativity, and independence needed to thrive in today’s fast-changing world.
